My husband and I pride ourselves on our execution of our famous Pico De Gallo Recipe.
While many people think that Pico de Gallo is salsa, the two are different dishes.
Furthermore, you don’t necessarily have to use fresh ingredients when making salsa.
On the other hand, Pico de Gallo calls for only fresh ingredients and does not require any cooking, and it has a different texture.
Since we don’t purée the ingredients but simply chop them, it has a chunky texture.
Pico de Gallo is used for many popular Mexican dishes like tacos, burritos, and with pork chops, chicken, and grilled fish.
